- 2L OF WATER EVERYDAY OR MORE IS A MUST -
so because i suck at eating in portion, i’ve been trying to go on meal replacement shakes, but it sucks so bad! so my day will go like this
Breakfast : Two fat metaboliser pills
Meal replacement shake
- WORK OUT -
within 35 minutes after workout i drink my low carb high protein shake :)
Snack: muesli bar or fruit
Lunch: Either eat healthy meal or have another shake
snack: as above
Dinner: the same as lunch, either eat a meal or drink shake, but if i eat at lunch then i’ll drink a shake for dinner and vice versa :)
Dessert? FROZEN FRUIIIIT :)
